We are Galfar Engineering Oman, and our office is run by Syed Zakir Hussain here in Hyderabad. The address is H No 8-15-85/13 in Mohammadia Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday a bit more relaxed than being stuck in a high-rise downtown. The pin code is 500 053. We deal with engineering stuff, mostly acting as the local point for the operations. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a few rooms where we keep the computers and all the project folders. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the blueprints and documents lying around, but we know where everything is. The colony is a nice place to work, with local shops nearby for a quick snack or a tea break. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a fleet of fancy cars out front. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into a functional workspace. Most people who come by are here for business, but it feels more like visiting a neighbor. We spend a lot of time on the internet and the phone, talking to people about the engineering work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our daily routine here in Hyderabad. We like the quiet of the colony and the fact that we can just get on with our jobs without much distraction.
