Our operations are based out of the Aleap Industrial Estate in Gajularamaram. We are specifically at units 107 and 103. It is close to Pragati Nagar in the Quthbullapur Mandal area. We do packing here. That means a lot of bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, and heavy-duty tape. The warehouse is usually full of boxes of all different sizes. Moving things around is a big part of the day. It is physical work and can be quite tiring when the sun is out and the metal roof gets hot. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. We spend our time on the warehouse floor. Most of our staff are local people who know how to wrap things so they don't break during transport. We have been at this industrial estate for a while and it is a good spot for getting trucks in and out. Sometimes the traffic near Pragati Nagar gets bad, which slows down our pickups. We don't promise anything impossible, we just pack the stuff and move it. There is usually a lot of noise from the other factories nearby in Aleap. We keep our own space as organized as we can, but with so many boxes coming in, it is always a struggle. We don't really have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove for making tea during the mid-afternoon slump. It is a straightforward business without any fancy frills. We drink a lot of water and keep the tape dispensers moving.
