We are located at Villa 100 in Hill Ridge Villas which is right on the ISB Road in Gachibowli. Firstart Innovations Llp is based here and the place feels a lot more like a family home than a traditional office. Gachibowli is usually very busy with all the big IT companies but Hill Ridge is a bit more tucked away from the main noise. Working out of a villa means we have a lot of space to move around and even a bit of a garden outside the door. It is a nice change from being stuck in a high-rise building with windows that you can't even open. We do innovation work which mostly means we sit around and try to come up with new ways to solve problems for our clients. We use the old dining area for our main workspace and the upstairs rooms for smaller meetings or when someone needs to concentrate. It is a very quiet neighborhood so we can actually hear the birds outside sometimes instead of just the sound of traffic. We do not have a big sign on the gate so you really have to look for the villa number carefully if you are visiting. The team is quite small and we usually eat our meals together at the big wooden table. It is a very informal way to run a business but it works for us. We just want to stay here and work.
