Precision Engineering Components

Precision Engineering Components is over at Goutham Nagar in Ferozguda. We have Plot No 61 and 62. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to move things around, which is good because the components can take up a lot of space. It’s a pretty basic setup. We don't have a tiled floor or anything like that. It's just plain concrete and high ceilings. We start our shift early to try and beat the heat, though it doesn't always work. The area of Ferozguda is mostly other workshops and small factories. We know the people at the next plot over. Sometimes we borrow a tool or they come by to ask for something. It’s a quiet enough area during the night, but during the day it’s quite loud with all the work going on. We don't have a receptionist. If someone comes to the gate, one of us just walks over to see what they need. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It's not a place where you'd want to wear nice clothes. We just keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the orders. There isn't a lot of extra talk about goals or missions. We just want to get the work done right so we can go home. It’s a practical way to run a business.
