We’ve been operating Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd for a while now from our spot in S.R. Nagar. If you know the area, we're right across from Naidu Cars at House Number 186/B. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. We mostly handle staffing and helping people find work, which keeps us pretty busy most days. The office is easy to find if you’re coming down the main road. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we get things done. Hyderabad-38 is where we call home. We started out small and just kept going with the personnel side of things. People stop by frequently to drop off papers or talk about jobs. We try to keep things straightforward here. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just desks and computers and us trying to match people with the right roles. Being near Naidu Cars makes it easy to give directions over the phone. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a lot of folks come in at once. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of running a recruitment business. It's a local operation, and we like being part of the S.R. Nagar community. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just a small team working out of Hyderabad. It’s what we do.
