Down in Hyderabad we have Eqic Dies Engg Pvt Ltd located at Balaji Nagar in the Kukatpally area. The address is 15 21 39 1 and it’s a place we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. We deal with dies and engineering stuff mostly. Our workspace is usually filled with the sounds of tools and people talking about measurements. It is not the cleanest place in the world because engineering work tends to get a bit dusty and greasy at times. We don't mind it though. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while and we see the same faces every morning when we open up. Kukatpally is a busy spot so there is always noise from the street. Inside we just try to focus on the metal and the machines. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific part but that's just how the job goes. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk because we are usually all in the back working. If you come by just give a shout. The floor is covered in scrap sometimes but we try to sweep up before the day ends. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. No one wears a suit to this office. We just wear what is comfortable and get to it. Sometimes the rain makes the roof a bit noisy but we just keep going. It is just a normal shop for us.
