Engineer

I am the son of Ramamurthy and I live at House Number 3-2-021A in Yanam. I work as an engineer from this address, staying with D. Prabavathi. Yanam is a unique place, and being an engineer here means I get to see a lot of different projects. I don't have a big firm behind me. It is just me and my experience. I spend a lot of time at my desk working on designs or out on the streets checking on things. The humidity can be tough, but you get used to it after a while. Most people in the neighborhood know me as the guy who can help with technical plans. I don't bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. I just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes it is a lot of work and I stay up late, and other times it is quiet. I like the balance. I grew up learning that if you do a decent job, people will come back. So I just focus on the task at hand and try not to overcomplicate things with big words. My space is filled with blueprints and some old textbooks from my college days. It's not a showroom, just a place to get things done. If you are in Yanam and need someone to look at a project, I am usually around the house or at a nearby site. It's a simple way to live and work. I try to stay organized but it is a challenge.
