Engineer

I'm the son of Boppana Gopala Krishnayya, and I run my engineering work from Angaluru. This is a quiet village in the Gudlavalleru mandal. The Krishna district has a lot of water and fields, so there is always something that needs fixing or building. I don't have a big team or a lot of equipment. It is mostly just me with my books and a few tools. I grew up watching how things are built around here. My father is well known in the village, and that helps people trust me when I say I can handle a job. I spend my days checking on small construction projects or helping people with their technical questions. It isn't a flashy life. I don't use social media for business or anything like that. Most people just walk to my house or call me on my mobile when they need an engineer for their work. The pace is slower than the big cities, but I prefer it that way. You get to know your neighbors and you see the results of your work right in your own backyard. It's practical and straightforward. I try to keep my prices fair because I know how hard everyone works. If I'm not at home, I'm probably out in the fields or at a site nearby. That’s just how it goes in Angaluru every single day. We keep it real and focus on the task.
