You can find us over at 405 4Th Flr Golden Edifice Building in Khairatabad. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then in these older buildings. The building is right in the middle of everything, so getting here can be a bit of a crawl through traffic depending on the time of day. Our office is a simple one, mostly just desks and some computers and papers piled up in the corners. We handle a lot of different service requests and it keeps the phone ringing quite a bit throughout the morning. From the fourth floor window, you can see a bit of the city skyline, but we are usually too busy to look out much. The staff here is small, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby to impress people. People usually just walk in and we talk across the desks about whatever needs doing. Khairatabad is a busy area, and being in the Golden Edifice means we are right in the thick of it. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork gets ahead of us and the desks look a bit cluttered. It’s just the way it goes when you’re trying to stay on top of all the service calls coming in. We have our routine and it works for us.
