Embedded Engineer

Down in Uppal, near the depot at H:No-3-148, you’ll find Embedded Engineer. Hyderabad is huge, but this little corner feels like our own. Being near the depot means there’s always something moving nearby. It’s a bit of a gritty area, but that fits the kind of work we do. We aren't sitting in a shiny office tower. We’re on the ground, getting our hands dirty with circuits and hardware. The shop is usually a bit warm, and there’s always the smell of solder in the air. It’s a smell we’ve gotten used to over the years. We started this place because there was a need for someone who actually understood the guts of these machines. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse people. We just explain what’s happening in plain English. If a part is broken, we say it’s broken. If it’s fixable, we fix it. That’s the way we were taught to do things. The space is small, but we use every inch of it. There are boxes stacked in the corners and notes pinned to every available surface. It’s how we keep track of things. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign, but people find us anyway. Uppal is a busy place, but once you step inside our door, it's just about the engineering. We like the focus that gives us. We’ve been at 3-148 for a while now and the routine suits us perfectly. No frills, just steady work day after day.
