Electronic Corporation Of India Ltd is located over in Kushaiguda, right in Hyderabad. We’re in a building we call Sreeramanilayam. It’s actually a house, H. No: 1-10-28/247/2, on Plot No: 176. We are part of Bhagawan Colony. If you know the area, it’s mostly houses and families, which makes for a pretty calm place to get things done. We aren't in one of those big tech parks you see on the other side of Hyderabad. Instead, we work from this colony. It has a very local feel to it. People walk their dogs or go to the shops while we are inside dealing with the company’s electronics business. We’ve been at this Kushaiguda spot for a while. The name Sreeramanilayam is right there, so it’s easy to spot once you get onto the right street. Being in a residential colony means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don’t have loud trucks coming in at odd hours or anything like that. We just handle the day-to-day tasks from our desks here. It’s a comfortable way to manage a company like Electronic Corporation Of India Ltd without all the stress of a downtown office. We have enough space for what we need and it feels like a real part of the community. We like the fact that it’s a house because it makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office cubicle. It’s a good, honest place to work.
