Our place is at 44/6, Phase-1 in the Ida area of Jeedimetla. It’s a typical industrial spot with a lot of power lines and wide roads for the lorries. East Coast Magnets (P) Ltd. has been here long enough that the walls have that worn-in look. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights; just a simple board so people know they’ve reached the right place. Inside, the floor is busy. We work with magnets, which means you have to be careful with where you put your tools down. It’s a bit different from a regular machine shop in that way. The noise isn't too bad, but there’s always a hum from the equipment. We have a small office tucked in the corner, but it’s mostly used for keeping the logbooks. Most of the action happens out on the main floor. The team here just gets on with it. We have our tea together in the mornings and then it's back to the benches. Jeedimetla can be a dusty place, especially in the dry season, so we’re always wiping things down. We aren’t looking to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It’s just a functional workspace where we do our daily tasks. The address is 44/6, and that's where you'll find us most days of the week. The gate is usually open from eight in the morning until we finish for the day. We stay busy and keep the machines running.
