DURGAM CHERUVU DWITIYA COLLECTIVE LLP is over at Plot No 49, H.No.8/3/678/49 in Pragathi Nagar Colony. It’s a residential area mostly, so the pace is a bit different than the main city roads. We like the trees around here and the fact that we can actually find a parking spot most days without driving around in circles. Our collective is basically a group of people who decided to work together in this space. We aren't some massive corporation with a bunch of rules and HR departments. We just show up and get through the list of things that need doing for the day. The office is a regular house that we’ve converted for our needs. It has a small kitchen where we all eat lunch together and chat about random things. It feels more like a community than a standard workplace. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, but that’s just life in the colony. We handle our tasks one by one as they come in. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t spend money on expensive marketing or big billboards. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our address. It’s been a good experience working out of Pragathi Nagar. The air feels a bit fresher here than in the downtown area. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent business and be fair to everyone. It works for us and keeps us busy.
