K Computers

K Computers is located at Plot No. 45, which is part of that 1-2-234/13/45 block. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with spare parts and old monitors. I spend most of my day sitting at the workbench with a screwdriver in my hand. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or if the screen is cracked. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working. Sometimes it’s just a simple fix, other times I have to tell them it’s not worth the cost because the parts are too expensive. I don't use a lot of technical jargon with customers. I just tell them what’s wrong and how long it’ll take me to get it back to them. The shop is a bit cluttered because I hate throwing away cables or screws that might be useful later. My tea comes twice a day from the stall down the road. It’s just me here most of the time, so if I’m out for a delivery, the shutters are down for a bit. I’ve lived in this area for years, so I know most of the people who walk in. I don't have a website or anything like that. People just find me by word of mouth or by seeing the sign. It’s a decent living, and I like working with my hands and fixing things.
