Dlf Laing O' Rourke India Ltd

We operate out of Plot Number 34 in Srinivasa Colony, which is part of the Mohan Nagar area in Kothapet. The official name is Dlf Laing O' Rourke India Ltd, but to the neighbors, we are just the busy office down the street. Hyderabad is a big place, and being tucked away in a colony like this makes things a bit more manageable than being right in the city center. We deal with various construction-related management tasks from this location. The office gets quite active during the morning hours when everyone arrives. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of phone calls going on all day. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It is just a place where the staff gathers to coordinate the different bits of work we have going on around the region. Sometimes the traffic in Kothapet makes it hard to get in on time, but we manage. We’ve been in this Srinivasa Colony spot for a good bit now, and the local shops nearby know us well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just regular people trying to keep the projects moving forward. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of the city. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. It’s a steady job and we just take it one day at a time here. No one is trying to impress anyone else; we just work.
