Desktop Engineer

Our work as a desktop engineer happens over in Gauthamnagar, specifically around Nagarjuna Colony. It says Uttar Pradesh in the address, which is a bit of a mix-up in the records, but we are right here in the local area of Hyderabad. Most of our day is spent looking at broken computers and trying to figure out why they won’t turn on or why the software is crashing. It’s a lot of cables, screwdrivers, and sitting on the floor to get under a desk. We handle all sorts of tech problems for people and small offices around here. Some days are slow and we just clean up the workspace, but other days everyone’s laptop seems to break at the same time. We don’t have a fancy shop with a big sign. It’s more of a practical operation where we focus on fixing things properly so they don’t break again next week. We talk to people in plain English about what’s wrong with their machines instead of using a lot of tech talk they won't understand. If a hard drive is dead, we just say it’s dead and tell them what it costs to get a new one. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, which can be annoying for the customer, but that’s just how it goes. We do our best to get people back to work quickly without any extra drama or high costs.
