Working out of Prashanthi Nager is alright, though the industrial estate can get pretty crowded with trucks and bikes. Decvin Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is over at 5-36/217, and it’s basically just a place where we get things done. We have some equipment in the back and a small office area up front where we keep the files and the computer. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it works for us and we know where everything is. Most of the guys here have been around for years, so we know the routine. We deal with various lab stuff, mostly just filling orders and checking the batches. Sometimes the power goes out in Kukatpally, which is a real pain, but we have a backup for the important machines. It's a lot of manual work, moving stuff around and making sure the labels are stuck on straight. We don't spend much on decorating the place. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really cares as long as the work gets finished. Usually, we're just busy trying to keep up with the schedule. People drop by sometimes to pick things up directly, and we just hand it over the counter. It’s simple enough. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a handful of us making sure Decvin Laboratories stays running. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the little food stall down the road. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in the estate.
