Deccan Engineering Company

Deccan Engineering Company is run by R. Naresh Kumar. We are located at H. No 9-4-29 in Koya Basthi, which is part of the Hasmathpet area in Old Bowenpally. This is Secunderabad-09, a place where things are a bit more traditional. We operate out of a space provided by D. Ramulu. It’s not a shiny factory with robots. It’s more of a workshop where you can smell the oil and hear the sound of metal being worked on. We have been in this neighborhood for quite some time. The streets here are narrow, and everyone knows each other. Naresh is usually busy with some project or another, and the rest of us just pitch in where we can. We don't have a marketing person to write fancy stories about our engineering work. We just take the jobs that come in and try to finish them properly. The workshop gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to chat while we’re working. It’s that kind of place. We don't use corporate language because it doesn't fit the way we live or work in Old Bowenpally. We are just a small engineering outfit doing our thing in a quiet corner of Secunderabad. It’s basic, honest, and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
