We are located at Plot No. 32 in Sagar Society, which sits on Road No. 2 in the Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit different than being in a loud industrial park. Here, it is more about the offices and the planning side of construction. We have a regular building that houses our desks, computers, and all the blueprints we work on. Banjara Hills is a busy part of the city, so there is always the sound of traffic from Road No. 2 filtering in through the windows. We spend our mornings going over project details and talking to the site managers on the phone. The office isn't particularly fancy, despite the location. We have stacks of files on the floor and empty tea cups on the tables by the end of the day. It’s a place where we do a lot of thinking and coordinating. Sometimes we have meetings that go long into the evening, and we can see the city lights starting to come on outside. Parking around Sagar Society can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve all found our usual spots by now. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with marble floors. It’s just a workspace for engineers and project folks who have a lot to get through. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed even when the deadlines are tight. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule every day.
