Coterie Engineering & Construction

We are based out of Balaji Nivas on Nizampet Road. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the traffic heading towards the Vextex area. Our office is just a regular place where we manage our construction projects and engineering tasks. We aren't really into big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time on-site wearing boots and hard hats, so the office is mostly for when we need to sit down and figure out the numbers. It gets a bit messy with all the site photos and samples of tiles or cement lying around. We’ve been working around Nizampet for a good while, so we know the local ground and how things work here. It's not a fancy corporate setup with a lot of staff. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling everything from start to finish. We prefer talking to people face to face rather than over long emails. If there is a problem at a site, we just go there and try to see how to fix it without making it complicated. Engineering is just about solving puzzles anyway. We like the work we do and we just try to keep at it every day. It’s a local business and we plan to stay that way for a long time coming. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind of building things.
