Cool Sales Corporation

Our place is at 4-3-288, Old Bhoiguda, right off R P Road. It’s a busy intersection area, and there’s always the sound of traffic and horns filtering into the shop. We handle cooling equipment and all the related parts that go with them. The shop is pretty much filled with units and spare components from floor to ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the walk-in customers. You never know when someone is going to need a specific part for their air conditioning or refrigeration system, especially when the weather gets really hot. I’ve been working here for quite a while, and the daily routine is pretty much the same every morning. We open the doors, check what came in, and wait for the phone to ring or someone to walk in the door. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays or decorations. Most of our customers are technicians who know exactly what they’re looking for. They don't need a sales pitch or any marketing talk. We just pull the part from the shelf and write up the bill. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it serves us well. We’re right in the middle of a commercial area, so there’s plenty of life around us. We aren't part of some big national chain. It’s just a local operation where we know our business. It gets busy, but we handle it.
