Continental Engineering Corporation

So, we are Continental Engineering Corporation, and we operate out of Shanti Nivas Apartments. Specifically, we are in Flat No 402. It’s on Old Lancer Road in Secunderabad. Being on the fourth floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is alright when you need a break from looking at drawings or numbers. Secunderabad has that 500003 pin code in this area. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold office at all. It feels more like a home that we turned into a workspace. We have a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the project stuff. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs, I suppose. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main markets, which helps when we need to focus on the engineering side of things. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. People sometimes get confused finding the apartment building on Old Lancer Road, but once they see the sign for Shanti Nivas, they figure it out. We spend most of our hours here, drinking tea and working through whatever projects are on the table. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and we’ve been here long enough that the place feels like it belongs to us and our small crew.
