Collabgenics Consultancy is tucked away in Hastinapuram at plot 115 in Vishweshwaraiah Engineers Colony. It’s a residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s got a calm vibe that helps us focus. We aren't a massive consultancy firm with glass walls and expensive furniture. It’s just a standard office setup in the Hyderabad-Rangareddi area. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of computers. Most of our work involves talking to people and helping them figure out their business problems. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how we really are. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of working here. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use a lot of big business words or try to sound more important than we are. We are an LLP, so it’s a tight-knit group of partners and staff. We chose this spot because it’s easy for us to reach and it’s away from the heavy traffic of the city center. It’s a simple, honest place to work. We just come in, do our bit for our clients, and then head home. No corporate drama or complicated missions, just daily work and trying to stay productive.
