Civil Draughtsman

I am based over in Kachiguda, specifically around the Kamela area at H.No 2-4-603. If you know Hyderabad, you know this part of town is always moving. I’ve been working as a civil draughtsman here for a while now. My setup is simple, just enough space for my drafting table and the tools I need. I don’t go for anything too polished or corporate because that’s not who I am. I just handle the drawings that local people need for their construction projects. Most days, I’m looking at plot sizes and figuring out how to fit everything the owner wants into the space they have. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking numbers. The neighborhood is crowded, so every inch of space matters when you’re drawing a plan. Sometimes the tea shop downstairs is where I meet people to discuss their ideas. I prefer it that way, just a normal chat about what they need. It’s honest work, and I take it seriously even if the office is just a small room in my house. You’ll find me here most days, either hunched over a drawing or heading out to look at a site nearby. I’ve lived in Kachiguda for years, so I understand the local buildings and how things are done around here. It’s a practical job for a practical place, and I’m happy to be the person people call when they need a plan drawn up. I make sure to verify all the local rules.
