Sr Engineering Works

The shop is over at Plot No. 855 in Bn Reddy Nagar, right in the Cherlapally area under Ghatkesar Mandal. Sr Engineering Works is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a dusty place because of all the metal and the machines running, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been set up here for a good amount of time now. Mostly, we deal with parts and repairs that folks bring in. There’s always the sound of something being cut or welded in the background. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but the fans keep things moving. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It is just a local workshop where we take things apart and put them back together. Neighbors know us as the guys who are always covered in a bit of grease. We keep the tools organized, or we try to anyway, though the workbench always seems to hide the one wrench you need. Being in Cherlapally is good because there are plenty of other shops around and people are always moving stuff. We just focus on the task in front of us. No fancy talk, just the work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer is waiting. That's how it’s been since the start. We just stay steady and keep the machines running for whoever walks through the door.
