We are Changeover Management Consulting Private Limited. You can find us at Amana Pearl Residency, specifically at plot 57 in Gautami Enclave. We are up on the third floor in room 302. Kondapur is a pretty hectic place these days with all the new buildings going up, but Gautami Enclave stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We spend our days looking at how businesses run and trying to find ways to fix things that aren't working right. It is mostly a lot of spreadsheets and talking through different strategies. Our office isn't anything like those huge tech parks you see nearby. It is just a practical space where we can focus. There are a few of us who have been doing this for a bit now. We like being in this part of Rangareddi because it is close to everything but tucked away enough to actually think. Sometimes we go out for lunch nearby, but mostly we are just here at the residency working. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our computers or in a small huddle discussing a client project. It is just a straightforward consulting setup. We try to stay organized and keep the paperwork moving along without making things more complicated than they need to be. That is how we operate daily.
