Chalapathi Estates

Chalapathi Estates is based in Flat No 405 of Sri Rama Towers. You can find us in the Central Excise Colony over in the Bagh Amberpet area of Hyderabad. It’s a decent-sized building and we’ve been in this specific flat for several years now. We mostly deal with property matters and keeping track of various estate details. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking over maps or legal papers, which can be a bit dry, but someone has to do it. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan humming and people talking on their mobile phones. Being in Hyderabad, we see a lot of changes in the local neighborhoods, and we try to keep up with how things are evolving around us in the 500013 area. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby full of receptionists. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us here handling the paperwork and answering the door. We try to be practical about everything and give people the facts without any fluff. Our space is organized in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We’ve made a lot of friends in the Central Excise Colony over the years, and we value those relationships more than any big business deals. It’s just how we operate here at Sri Rama Towers. It’s a solid way to make a living.
