C . N. Paper Products

We’ve been here at B-6 in the Chandulal Baradari industrial estate for a good while now. Hyderabad is a busy place but this little corner is where we do all our work with paper. It usually gets pretty dusty with all the cutting and stacking going on every day. You can hear the machines humming from the street if the door is left open. We mostly spend our time making sure the orders are packed right and the paper doesn't get wrinkled or damaged before it goes out. Sometimes the traffic in this part of town makes deliveries a bit of a headache but we manage to get things moving eventually. There isn't much to see inside, just stacks of cardstock and rolls of paper piled up against the walls. It’s mostly just us and a few workers trying to keep up with the schedule. People know us by the sign out front, though the paint is peeling a bit these days. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where we cut things to size and make sure people get what they asked for. The floor is usually covered in little bits of scrap paper by the end of the shift. We clean it up and start again the next morning. It is a simple way to earn a living and we’ve gotten used to the smell of fresh ink and glue.
