Our place is at 177, Dwarakakunj. It is mostly a warehouse and a small office area. We have big rolls of brown paper and stacks of cardboard boxes everywhere. It smells like glue and paper inside, which I have grown to like over the years. We spend the day moving things around and making sure the orders are ready. It’s not a very pretty building, just a functional one made of brick and tin. The 177 address is tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the gate. We have a couple of old trucks that come in and out to load up the packaging materials. The staff is just a few local guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. We just make sure the boxes are the right size and that the tape holds. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small room at the back. It gets very hot in the summer because of the tin roof, so we drink a lot of water. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a list of what needs to go out today. It’s a steady kind of work. We’ve been in Dwarakakunj long enough that the mailman doesn't even look at the house number anymore.
