We’re over at Plot No 10 in Central Allahapur, Borabanda. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we like it there. Basically, we help companies find people to hire. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to folks looking for jobs. It’s a lot of matching names to roles, which takes more time than you’d think. The office is pretty simple, nothing fancy, just some desks and filing cabinets. We aren't one of those massive recruiting firms with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sense of the job market. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right person for a specific job, but we keep looking until we do. People come by the office sometimes for interviews, so we try to keep it tidy. Borabanda is a lively area, and there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now and have gotten to know the people around here. We don’t use any special software or tricks, just hard work and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all day long. It gets a bit hectic, but that's part of the business. We just take it one day at a time and try to help people find a way to earn a living. It’s rewarding when a placement works out well for everyone.
