Bhavika Plas-Tek Private Limited is out in Rampally Dayara Village. To find us, you have to head toward Keesara Mandal in the Medchal Malkajgiri district. We are located on Survey Numbers 634 and 638. It’s a bit of a journey from the center of Hyderabad, and the scenery changes from city buildings to open fields and smaller houses. Our factory is a large, functional building where we do plastic manufacturing. We have several big machines that run throughout the day, and they create a lot of heat and noise. The yard is usually full of bags of raw plastic granules and finished products waiting for the trucks to arrive. Many of our workers come from the nearby village, so it feels like a local community effort. We don't have a big corporate office; our workspace is right there next to the production line. It’s dusty and busy, and there’s always something that needs fixing. We aren't much for advertising or fancy logos. We just focus on the manufacturing process and making sure the orders are ready for the customers in the city. Life out here in the village is a bit slower than in Hyderabad, but the factory itself is always on the go. We deal with the challenges of being in a rural area, like the bumpy roads, but it’s where we’ve built our business. We just keep the machines running and do our work every day.
