Bhargavi Die Castings Limited

We've been here at Plot No. P-11/5 (2) on Road No. 8 for quite a while now. The I.D.A. Nacharam area is always busy, and our workshop is no different from the others on this street. Bhargavi Die Castings Limited started out small, just a couple of machines and some folks who knew how to handle molten metal without making too much of a mess. It gets incredibly hot in here, especially during the long summer months when the furnaces are running full tilt from morning until evening. We spend most of our days looking at molds and checking if the pours came out right. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend half the morning fixing a hydraulic leak or adjusting the pressure settings. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. People around here know us as the place that smells like hot grease and metal. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning; we’re usually out on the floor making sure the parts are stacking up properly in the crates. It’s noisy, dusty, and hard work, but it keeps the lights on and the families fed. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so they know the quirks of every press we own. We just try to get the orders done so they can be loaded onto the trucks waiting outside in the dirt lot. Nothing fancy about it at all. We just show up, melt the alloy, and press it into whatever shape is needed for that day’s run, then we head home and do it again tomorrow.
