We are over at Shop No 5 in the Happy Homes building. It’s right on Station Road in Serilingampally. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with everyone rushing for their trains. We opened up here because it seemed like a good spot to help people with their communication needs. Hyderabad can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fan going full speed while we work. Most days it is just us handling whatever comes through the door. We aren’t a big company with fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just some local guys who know their way around internet setups and phone things. The shop isn't huge but it fits what we need. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us chai and we sit for five minutes when things are quiet. People stop by on their way back from the station late in the evening. We try to keep things simple here. No complicated talk or hidden fees that make people frustrated. It’s mostly just making sure things work so folks can get back to their day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. More traffic now for sure. Even when it’s noisy outside, we stay busy inside. It feels good being part of the local scene here in 500019. We don't have a big marketing team. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in. We hope the trains keep running on time.
