You can find Bhanu Agencies at number 479 on Himayathsagar Road. It’s a straightforward kind of place without any big signs or flashy lights. We’ve been working out of this location for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the daily flow of traffic on the road. The shop is basically our second home. We spend more time here than anywhere else, usually surrounded by stacks of files and the products we carry. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a new delivery arrives and we haven't cleared out the old stuff yet. We don't have a lot of employees, so we do everything ourselves—from answering the phone to loading the goods. Himayathsagar Road is a good place to be because it connects a lot of the local neighborhoods. We get all sorts of people coming in, from contractors to homeowners just looking for a small part. We don't have a formal way of doing things. We just try to be fair and keep the shelves stocked with things people actually need. Sometimes we sit in the back and have our tea while listening to the radio. It’s a modest business, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don't feel the need for big corporate speeches or polished mission statements. We are just here on the road, doing our job and helping out whoever walks in.
