Our company, Sidra Minerals Pvt. Ltd., is up on the fifth floor of Dwarakamai Mansion. You can find us in Flat No. 501 over in Bhagyanagar Colony. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, though finding a parking spot can be a real pain some days. We work in the minerals sector, which means lots of technical data and coordinating shipments. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and a few chairs for when people visit. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails with people all over the country. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing paperwork. We have a small kettle for tea and that’s about the extent of our kitchen. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We’ve been in Bhagyanagar Colony for a while now and we like the location. There's a tea stall just around the corner from the mansion that makes hot ginger tea, so one of us is always heading down there. We have a lot of old binders filled with data from years ago that we probably don't need, but we keep them just in case. The printer makes a clunking sound every time it starts up. It’s a lived-in office with character.
