Bhagyalaxmi Gas Equipments

We run Bhagyalaxmi Gas Equipments out of the cellar in the MCH Complex, specifically units 18 and 19. Putli Bowli is a pretty active area, and being in the cellar means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the summer. It’s not a very big space, and we have gas stoves and various spare parts stacked up everywhere. You have to watch your step when you walk in because there isn't much floor space left. We spend most of our time repairing things or showing people how the different equipment works. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with tools lying around and half-finished jobs on the benches. We don't have a receptionist or anything; whoever is free just answers the door or the phone. People from the local neighborhoods come to us when their stoves act up or they need a new regulator. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and the other shop owners are all familiar faces. The lighting isn't great down here, so we use some extra lamps to see what we are doing when we are fixing the smaller parts. It’s a practical business, and we just try to get the repairs done so people can go back to cooking their meals. We don't do any big promotions. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to arrive.
