Our office for Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. is situated in Begumpet, which is right in the middle of the Hyderabad and Secunderabad bustle. It’s a busy area to work in, but it’s convenient for most of us to get to. We do software stuff, mostly focusing on helping businesses organize their digital files and processes. It’s technical work that requires a lot of sitting and thinking, so you’ll usually find us hunkered down at our desks. The office isn't one of those flashy modern places you see in movies. It’s just a regular workspace with plenty of cables, monitors, and maybe a few half-empty tea cups scattered around. We have a lot of different people working here, and everyone just focuses on their own tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet when everyone is in the zone, but then we might have a quick chat near the water cooler. Begumpet can be a nightmare for traffic, so we often end up staying late or arriving early to avoid the rush. We’ve been around for a bit, so we have our routines down. We don't really do much advertising; we just stick to the projects we have and try to get them done properly. It's a lot of coding and testing, and sometimes we have to go over things three or four times before they’re right. It’s just how the software world works, and we are fine with that.
