Payal Packaging Indusries

Payal Packaging Industries is located at Plot No. 63 in the Svcie area of Balanagar, right in the middle of all that Hyderabad activity. If you've ever been to Balanagar, you know the traffic is something else, so we’re always hearing the horns and the trucks rumbling by. Our workspace is pretty much filled to the ceiling with rolls of material and stacks of cardboard. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get a large shipment in. We spend the bulk of our time cutting, folding, and making sure the bundles are tied up tight. It is repetitive, but there is a certain rhythm to it that keeps you going. The fans in the ceiling try their best, but it still gets pretty humid in here during the summer months. We keep a water cooler near the door because everyone needs it. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and we don’t really worry about having a polished office or anything like that. We just focus on the orders that need to go out by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a truck is delayed, but usually we try to wrap things up while there’s still some light. The floor is always covered in small scraps of paper or tape, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just a busy, working shop where we do our thing and go home.
