Ishika Engineering

We operate Ishika Engineering out of a spot at 25A in the IDA area of Balanagar. It is a straightforward engineering shop where we take on different mechanical tasks and fabrication work. The industrial estate here is always busy, and we fit right in with the rest of the workshops on this block. Our space isn't very large, so we have to keep things organized so we can actually move around the machines. We deal with a lot of local clients who need specific parts made or repairs that require a bit of precision. It is greasy work, and our hands are usually stained with oil by the end of the shift. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. Usually, customers just walk right into the shop floor and find someone to talk to about their project. We have some older machines that still run great and a few newer ones too, depending on what the job calls for. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being in Balanagar. We are not trying to be the biggest firm around, we just want to get the jobs done right so people come back next time they have a problem. It is a small team here, just regular people working hard every day in the IDA. We have been at this address for a long time and the building shows its age, but it works for us.
