Down at Plot No 2 in the C I E Gadhinagar area of Balanagar, you will find us working away at Fab Tech Engineering. This part of Balanagar is always buzzing with activity, and our shop is no different. We spend the bulk of our time welding, cutting steel, and bending metal into various shapes for different projects. It is a noisy place, filled with the sound of grinders and the bright flashes of welding torches. We don't have a big corporate office; our workspace is filled with scraps of iron and heavy-duty tools that have seen a lot of use. Every morning we start by checking the list of jobs that need to be finished. We work with a lot of local businesses that need custom parts or repairs for their own machinery. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the smell of burnt metal, but we like the work. Sometimes we have to figure out a tricky problem on the fly when a piece doesn't fit quite right. We’re just a small team of engineers and technicians who know our way around a workshop. The fans in the ceiling try their best to keep the air moving, but it’s still a hot job. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we are here to make sure they are built strong and stay together. It’s just honest shop work in Gadhinagar.
