Balaji Engineering Works

Our shop, Balaji Engineering Works, is located at Plot No. 13 in the Chinna Thokatta area of Bowenpally. It’s tucked away a bit, but we’ve been here long enough that people find us. It’s a noisy place with machines running most of the time. We do a lot of fixing and making things, mostly just mechanical stuff that people need. The floors are usually oily and there’s always someone working on a part. Sy. No. 237 is where we spend our whole day. Bowenpally is a busy spot, and there’s always traffic around, but inside the workshop, we just focus on the job. We don’t have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us covered in grease near the back. We take things as they come. Some jobs are quick, others take a lot of time and patience. We just keep at it until it’s finished. Balaji Engineering Works isn't a big corporate setup, just a local workshop. We deal with whatever walks in or gets dropped off. It gets pretty loud and hot during the afternoons, but that’s standard for this kind of work. We’ve been at Plot No. 13 for years and we know the neighbors well. It’s just how we make a living. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind it. We just fix what's broken and build what's needed. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project if someone is in a real hurry. It's just simple metal work.
