B4 Mould Engineers

B4 Mould Engineers is based out in Shaktipuram, near the Apiic area in the Kukatpally Industrial Estate. Our plot number is 5-35/226. If you come by, you’ll hear the machines long before you see the sign. We spend our time making moulds, which is a lot of precise work with metal and tools. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there's always the smell of machine oil in the air. We aren't much for sitting in an office; most of the time we are out on the floor checking on the progress of a job. Kukatpally is a busy industrial hub, so there's always something going on around us. It can get pretty hot in the workshop during the middle of the day, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. Making a mould takes a lot of patience and a steady hand. We’ve had some of the same guys working here for years, and they know the machines inside out. We don't have a website that looks like a movie; we just have our tools and our experience. If someone needs a mould made for a part, they bring us the specs and we get to it. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just make sure the pieces fit like they should. The shop floor is the heart of B4 Mould Engineers. We have a couple of lathes and milling machines that are almost always running.
