Down at No. 53 in Bahadurpally, you’ll find A.V.U. Engineers Pvt. Ltd. We’re tucked away in the Quthbullapur Mandal area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it's a good place for a workshop. We’ve got a lot of space for our machines and the materials we use. Most of the people working here live nearby in Bahadur Palli, so it's a real local operation. We do engineering work, mostly the heavy stuff that requires a lot of sweat and patience. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. We mostly just have the fans going and the doors open. It’s a noisy place with all the cutting and grinding, but we’re used to it. We aren't the type of people to sit around and talk about goals or visions. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and we get to it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job, and we just order some tea and keep going. It’s honest work. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and the locals know us. We don't put out ads or anything. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the road. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of engineering work to do every day.
