Afzalgunj is where you’ll find us, specifically at number 15-9-385/1. It’s a busy corner of Hyderabad where the sound of metal hitting metal is pretty much constant. Our workshop isn't a modern factory. It’s a traditional lathe works where we do things the old-fashioned way. There’s always oil on the floor and grease on our hands. That is how it should be in this line of work. We’ve been in Afzalgunj for years and have seen the city grow up around us. The lathe machines we use are heavy. They are reliable, much like the way we try to run the place. People bring us all sorts of parts that need fixing or custom work. We don't have a receptionist. If you come in, you’ll usually find us right at the machines. It gets quite hot in the workshop. This is especially true in the summer months, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. We aren't interested in being the biggest shop in town. We just want to do the job right so the customer can get back to their own work. It’s a simple setup. It is ours, and we take some pride in knowing how to handle these machines better than most. Most days we are just busy with the grease and the metal and that is enough for us. It keeps us going year after year.
