Our workplace is on the 2nd floor of the Point Of View Building in Begumpet. We’re right next to the Blue Moon Hotel, which is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Working in Begumpet means we are right in the middle of everything, and the traffic outside can be a real headache some afternoons. Most of us here spend the day dealing with customs paperwork and clearing shipments. It’s not the kind of job where you see the end result immediately, but it’s important to get the details right so nothing gets stuck at the port for too long. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, with stacks of folders and the constant sound of printers. We’ve been in this building for a while now and have seen many businesses come and go around us. We keep to a pretty regular schedule, starting around nine and staying until the day’s files are all sorted. There’s no big corporate vibe here; we’re just a group of people who know how the clearing process works. Sometimes things get complicated with new regulations, but we just sit down and figure it out. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the nearby stalls. We don't spend money on fancy decor because we're mostly focused on the screens and the ledgers. It's a busy, practical life here in the heart of Begumpet, and we're used to the pace.
