Akshaya Infra Consultants Pvt Ltd operates out of 101 and 104 on the 1st Floor of Bhavana Enclave. This is over on Jntu Road in Kphb Colony, specifically Phase 6. Hyderabad 500085 is a big area, and Jntu Road is one of those places that never really sleeps. Our office is tucked away in the enclave, so it stays a bit quieter than the main street. We have two units, 101 and 104, which gives us enough room to spread out our papers and plans. Being consultants in the infra sector means there are always maps and charts everywhere. It is a functional space, nothing fancy. We have the usual desks, some old chairs, and a lot of files. The walk up to the first floor is quick. We like being in Kphb Colony because it is easy for everyone to get to. There are plenty of places to eat around Phase 6, which is good for lunch breaks. Akshaya Infra Consultants Pvt Ltd has been in Bhavana Enclave for a while. It is a solid building. We do not really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just have our name on the board and get to work. People know us as the guys in Bhavana Enclave. It is a simple, honest way to run a consultancy. We stay busy with the local projects and keep things moving without much fuss.
