Aker Kvaerner

Our place is located in Secunderabad on a fairly busy road in Andhra Pradesh. The address is 500026 if you are looking at a map. We’ve been operating under the Aker Kvaerner name here for a long time. It’s not the newest building on the block, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we handle daily. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more shops opening up nearby. We see a lot of the same faces walking by every morning. Inside, it’s mostly desks and files. We don’t have much in the way of decoration because we spend most of our time focused on the tasks at hand. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just a group of us showing up and making sure things are moving along as they should. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or things like that. Most people who know us just come by the office when they need to talk. It’s a very direct way of doing things, and that’s how we prefer it. Secunderabad is a good place to be based, even with the traffic.
