You can find us in Tolichowki, tucked away in Janaki Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those letters and numbers, but we’re easy enough to spot once you’re on the street. We handle nuts and chocolates. It’s a nice mix. The smell of roasting nuts is one of the best parts of the job. We spend a lot of time sorting through bags of almonds and cashews. We have to make sure they’re good before they go into any packages. Then there’s the chocolate. We have a small area where we do the melting and molding. It’s a bit tricky because the weather here is so hot. We have to keep the fans going constantly so everything doesn’t just turn into a puddle. We aren’t a big factory. It’s more like a small family workshop. We have a few tables set up where people sit and pack things into boxes. It’s quiet work mostly. We don’t do any big advertising campaigns. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a batch of chocolate doesn't turn out right, we don't sell it. It’s not worth the trouble. We like being in this part of town. It’s busy and there’s always something going on. We just stay in our shop and keep working on the next batch of sweets and snacks.
