We are located at 7 2 962 on Station Road in Secunderabad. Being this close to the station means there is never a dull moment. You can hear the announcements from the platforms if the wind is blowing the right way. People are always rushing past our door trying to catch their trains. Sometimes they realize their watch has stopped just as they are about to travel, so they come running in for a quick battery change. It makes for a very fast-paced environment compared to a shop in a quiet residential area. The shop is in an old building and the ceilings are quite high, which helps with the heat. We have these old wooden cabinets that we’ve used for years to keep the watches safe. The floor is made of old stone and it’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they wait, but most are in too much of a hurry to stay long. We don’t really do any fancy marketing stuff. The sign outside is simple and people just know what we do. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the pace of Station Road but we’ve been doing it for a long time. Every day is different depending on who gets off the train.
