Our setup is a bit different because we are based in G 13 of the Rajanigandha Apartments in Chaitanyapuri. It’s not your typical factory setting since it’s in an apartment building, but we’ve made it work for our engineering business. We handle a lot of the design and processing side of agro-machinery from here. The office is usually full of files, catalogs, and some small components we keep for testing. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to get through, but it’s a central spot in Chaitanyapuri that’s easy to get to. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the sites where the actual machines are being installed. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure the specs for the grain or seed processing are exactly right. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a logo on the wall. It’s just us in a ground-floor flat, working on drawings and talking to farmers or plant managers. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a neighbor, but usually, it’s someone coming to discuss a new project. We like the local feel of being in an apartment block rather than a cold industrial park. It’s just our way of doing things. We stay busy with the details of the machines and let the work speak for itself.
